Sıla Kumral, who was born in İzmir in 1995, completed her high school education at İzmir American College. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sabancı University and subsequently completed her master's degree in Clinical Psychology.

In her psychotherapy practice, she adopts an approach based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She provides psychotherapy in both Turkish and English to adolescents and adults.

In addition, she conducts neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments in both Turkish and English. These assessments involve the objective evaluation and reporting of cognitive functions, including attention, memory, and executive functions.
