Clinical Psychologist Buğu Subaşı graduated from Üsküdar American Academy in 2009 and was subsequently admitted to the Turkish-language Psychology program at Boğaziçi University. During her undergraduate studies, she completed internships in the fields of clinical psychology, special education, and human resources. After graduating with high honors, she earned her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2014. During her master's program, she received group supervision and had the opportunity to observe family therapy sessions and group therapy processes at her internship site. From December 2014 to October 2016, she worked as the Research Unit Coordinator at Güzel Günler Polyclinic. Since October 2016, she has been working as a Clinical Psychologist at Güzel Günler Clinic.

She conducts neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments in both Turkish and English. In her work with children, adolescents, and young adults, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Grief and Bereavement Therapy, and the PERGEL™ (Performance Enhancement for Exams) Program.
