Expert Psychologist, Learning Specialist, and Family Therapist Ayça Uslu Pelin graduated from the Department of Psychology at Uludağ University in 2007. Following her graduation (2007–2012), she worked as a psychology intern and research assistant at Güzel Günler Health Services. During this period, she observed the clinical practice of Dr. Yankı Yazgan at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine and attended his weekly seminars on treatment processes following outpatient clinics. In 2008 and 2009, she provided developmental assessment and follow-up services for children aged 2–6 while offering consultation to families at a child activity center and kindergarten. Between 2008 and 2010, she participated in numerous volunteer projects, gaining valuable professional knowledge and experience.

She completed her master's degree in Applied Psychology at Istanbul Commerce University in June 2012. In October 2012, she presented her master's research, titled Metacognitive Awareness in Children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Co-occurring Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Specific Learning Disorder, at the 22nd National Special Education Congress.

After completing her master's degree, she began specializing in the field of specific learning disorders. Since November 2014, she has been providing psychoeducational interventions at Güzel Günler Clinic, working primarily with children with specific learning disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and individuals previously diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder who continue to experience difficulties in social communication. Her primary area of practice is psycho-pedagogical educational therapy for school-aged children with specific learning disorders.

Before initiating intervention, she conducts comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments for children with developmental or learning concerns. Based on these evaluations, she identifies each child's learning needs, develops individualized intervention programs, provides classroom-based support, guides private tutors according to each child's learning profile, consults with schools on academic and behavioral interventions, and conducts parent groups and social skills groups for children with specific learning disorders. She continues her clinical practice as an Expert Psychologist at Güzel Günler Clinic.
